In order to look after them, we have many projects which include the construction of 100-bedded General Hospital with specialized services including Research & Development on Cancer and AIDS at a capital cost of Rs.24.24 crores.The project has been approved by the Government of India under Section 35 AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961 and the Donor is eligible to claim the entire amount as deduction from his total income. As you are aware, a giant project like this cannot be implemented without the help of kind-hearted patrons like you. We therefore, humbly request you to contribute generously for this noble cause and part-take the success of our mission. Under Section 35AC donations are 100% Tax benefit for the donors.

Benefits under the Income-tax Act, 1961,for Indian donors

(a) Donations made to MFCT under Section 80 G (5) (vi) of the Act, will be eligible for a deduction from the total income up to 50% Tax-Exemption of the amount donated.

(b) The entire amount of Donations made to MFCT under Section 35 AC will be eligible for a deduction from the total income up to a maximum amount of Rs.24.24 corers. Tax-Exemption will be 100% on the donated amount.
